1. Return & Exchange Period You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition (unworn, unwashed).

• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

• Include proof of purchase or an order number.

Note on Sizing: Please refer to the size charts on our product pages. Returns due to incorrect size selection are subject to the standard return shipping policy.

3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

• IMPORTANT: Do not return items to our registered business address in London. You must contact info@loobyzons.com to receive the specific return warehouse address.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item delivered.

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Personal accessories (e.g., earrings, underwear) for hygiene reasons.

• Opened or used electronic items.

• Clearance or final-sale products.

• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse.
